Job Description:
Assisting individuals with disabilities in residential settings with daily living skills (IE personal hygiene, medication administration, and home cleanliness) and their individual specific needs & goals.
Ensuring the health & safety of the individuals Daily documentation & communication Provide transportation to community activities, medical appointments and personal needs.
